1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

12.2 Termination by Player

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which is the seat of PAGCOR's principal office.

13.3 Waiver of Class Action

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Amendments to These Terms

taya996 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
